Not legal or HR advice
ShiftCoach does not provide legal advice or professional HR advice. You remain responsible for employment decisions and for seeking counsel where a situation requires it.
Your responsibilities
Keep your uploaded policies accurate and current, control who has access to your account, and review generated documentation before relying on it.
Your content
Your handbook, incidents, and reports remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you.
Early access
The product is in active development. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed at production service levels during this period.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement at any time. You can export your records before your account closes.
