How ShiftCoach handles the information you and your managers put into it.
What we collect
Account details for the business and its managers, the policy documents you upload, the incident descriptions your managers enter, and the reports ShiftCoach generates from them.
How it is used
To produce guidance grounded in your handbook, to create and store your documentation, and to improve the product. Your handbook and incident records are used to serve your business, not to answer questions for anyone else.
Who can see it
People you grant access to inside your organization. Our team accesses records only when you ask us to for support, or where required by law.
Retention and export
Records are retained for as long as your account is active. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.
Sub-processors
We use third-party infrastructure and model providers to operate the service. A current list is available on request.
